Working behind the scenes, she manages the day-to-day organisation and project coordination — ensuring everything is structured, efficient, and professionally delivered from start to finish. As a wife and mother, she brings a calm, caring approach to everything she does, but she’s also known for being meticulous and firm on standards, making sure every detail is handled properly and nothing is left to chance.

Dave is the go-to person on every D&J project, keeping things organised and on track from start to finish. With years of experience and a keen eye for detail, he makes sure every home is built right.

At home, Dave is a loving husband and father, balancing work and family with the same care he gives to his projects.

Owen is an essential part of the D&J family, bringing energy, skill, and dedication to every project.

Always hands-on and ready to make things happen, he keeps every build on track and looking great. Outside of work, Owen enjoys hiking, spending time outdoors, and all things “strong man” – bringing the same enthusiasm and determination to everything he does.
