LARGE DOMESTIC ECO RENOVATION.
The aim for the client on this project was to restore this 19th century home carefully and accurately whilst keeping as many original features as possible, completed using 21st century Eco and renewable materials and technology. Even with the obstacles and challenges we faced due to the nature of this property, we successfully accomplished a low carbon footprint dwelling. From a renewable perspective within this project we've installed solar PV panels, with battery storage, EV charging point, Air Source Heat Pump, and 2 MVHR units. Along with significantly upgrading the energy efficiency throughout.
This project was carried out in partnership with Property Revolutions Ltd, OPL as the main contractor and D&J Project Management.
ELEGANT LONDON APARTMENT REFURBISHMENT.
This project was carried out on a large 2 bedroom apartment, located in a very sort after area in West London.
We had various challenges to overcome from the beginning. These included limitations on what we were granted to change regarding the existing asthetics of the property whilst also ensuring we were adhering to general building control requirements. Also extra controls put in place by the leaseholders and building management company.
Despite this the clients were delighted with the end results. We had ripped out the apartment, partially altering the lay out. Added bespoke joinery throughout, along with beautifully marble tiled family shower room, sensational ensuite with a bathtub, separate shower and marble twin wall hung basin.
The new bespoke kitchen was created to maximise the space whilst not compromising on the stunning finish required and expected for a luxury west London Apartment.
CONTEMPORARY WRAP AROUND EXTENSION & LANDSCAPING.
This 1950's bungalow has been extensively remodeled and extended to create a lovely contemporary family home. Following the build, we worked with a reputable local landscaping contractor to transform a tired garden into a beautiful hosting and relaxing space. CREATION OF TWO NURSERY CLASSROOMS.
This project consisted of the introduction of two upstairs classrooms with plenty of space, an office and sink/washing up facilities. Working with the owners of the nursery we were able to create 2 spacious and versatile rooms, which met the needs of the nursery, staff, and children. We worked with multiple fantastic local contractors to install new vinyl flooring, run in new electrics such as plugs and fire safety systems, and plumb in two separate sink units.
The classrooms are now in use and are an asset to the nursery, providing safe and spacious rooms that have the facilities to cater to the needs of the nursery and children.
